Contact FinanceCore
FinanceCore is a small site, and the easiest way to get in touch is by email. Below is what's worth contacting us about, and what to expect.
What to contact us about
- Rate or figure corrections — if you believe a tax rate, threshold or statutory figure on the site is wrong or out of date, please tell us which calculator it affects and link to the official source you believe is correct.
- Calculation errors — if a calculator produces a result that doesn't match the published rules, let us know the exact inputs you used so it can be checked and reproduced.
- Privacy enquiries — questions about how the site handles (or, more accurately, doesn't handle) personal data.
Send an email to privacy@financecore.uk. Please include which page or calculator you're referring to and as much detail as you can, so it can be looked into properly.
Why there's no contact form
FinanceCore doesn't run a contact form, because that would mean collecting and storing whatever you type into it. The site is built to collect no personal data at all — there's no backend, no database and no analytics — so email is the only channel on offer.
What to expect
FinanceCore is maintained on a small scale, so we can't promise a specific response time, and not every message will get an individual reply. Reports of incorrect figures are taken seriously and checked against official sources; where an error is confirmed, it's corrected as soon as practicable. This isn't a customer support line and can't provide personalised financial, tax or legal advice — for that, please speak to a qualified, regulated adviser or contact HMRC or the relevant government body directly.
